Real Madrid has set the main objectives for the next summer market 2024: Kylian Mbappé, Alphonso Davies and Lenny Yoro. In Yoro and Davies case, Madrid’s trick is to take advantage of the scenario that opens next summer, when both players enter the last year of their respective contracts.

  2. Budget constraints:

    1. Mbappe is asking for 120M signing bonus and 25M net salary.
    2. Alphonso Davies transfer will cost 50M euros and he wants 20M in agent/signing bonus with a 7M net salary.
    3. Lenny Yoro transfer is valued at 60M with 10M in commissions and 5M net salary.

    In total:

    120M + 50M + 20M + 60M + 10M = 260M outlay at most. Real Madrid is trying to negotiate down this figure to 200M.

  6. No RB again? Carvajal isn’t eternal and LV is not a solid backup. Plus, he’s 32 years old himself, soon 33. Imo we need an RB more than a LB.

  7. Davies at 50-60m is overpriced and idk if its the profile we need. I would bet on a situation where he became too much of a defensive weakness and get benched by Cama.
    I hope he extends with Bayern and we get Miguel

  8. I think Davies has said that he doesn’t like playing LB(but has to) since he was bought to be Ribery’s replacement.
    Which is a problem because we have Vini and Fran Garcia on the left as Attackers, we need a defensive LB imo. 

  10. Should we prioritise LB when we have fran Garcia as a backup while ignoring RB position where Carvajal needs a good backup?

  11. It’s either Davies or Yoro. I’m certain both at the same time are not happening.

  12. Would much rather see Miguel+Couto over just Davies to be honest. RB to compete with Carvajal is more important than starting LB next season, with Mendy being back to being good (even if injury prone), Fran showing signs of improvement and Cama also being a safety net. You never know when Dani could regress at this age and he has no real alternative (no disrespect to the lord).

  13. Something I don’t see mentioned often is when a huge Galactico signs there’s always a huge sale. If Mbappe comes a big transfer will be made. Bale arrived out went Ozil same with James he arrived out went Di Maria. Three names came to mind Rodrygo, Tchouameni, and Valverde if tomorrow Real Madrid puts them on the market would command huge fees. IMO out of these three Rodrygo would be sold before Valverde and Tchouameni.

  14. I love Davies but we should be looking to upgrade with a successor to Dani at right back. Maybe we go after Pedro Porro. Spurs love to sell to us lol

  16. If anything we should buy , A center back and a striker those positions needs reinforcements , the remaining team can take care of the rest .

  18. Real should’ve gone for Beraldo, now at PSG, young impressive left footed CB. Moreira, also from São Paulo would be a good bet too. Plus he has a Portuguese passport so that should help

    I’m a big fan of Davies and I think he would fit well in the Madrid team. Mbappe however, I don’t see the need for a player like him when you already have Vini in that position.
