Deflation is bad for corporate profits but great for working class people. Only American media can say “prices for consumer goods are decreasing by double digit percentages in China and that’s bad!” It’s amazing how these corporate media outlets can acknowledge that goods are getting cheaper in China and try to spin it as somehow a bad thing – and regular people will nod their heads and agree. Really should make some people perk up and reflect on how the media reports stuff.
China can’t export their stuff dirt cheap anymore unless they purposely destroy their currency through massive printing. They built their economy from exporting. The Great Fall of China.
