    Unfortunately, it always seems to be bundled with aid to Israel and Taiwan, as well as changes in immigration policy. Nobody wants to be on the record for one specific thing, it seems.

  11. I’m definitely ashamed and I would say embarrassed but this is too horrible for embarrassment to be appropriate. They’re going to look at us 100 years from now like they did Europe in the time between WWI and WWII – completely weak and ineffective.

I remember months and months of posters in the Ukraine daily thread going “but why don’t Dems just pass the border reform bill in exchange for Ukraine aid, surely everyone wants that?” And of course they are nowhere to be found now that the House GOP has scuttled the most draconian border bill yet. People are so fucking naive, no wonder then that the GOP gets as many votes as it does.

  34. They are incapable of shame. Many of them are Russian assets, because they depend on Russia putting their thumb of the scales of election via disinformation or worse.
