  1. Are there any hopes that enough moderate house republicans would support it? Or will they just buckle under Trump’s pressure like always?

  2. unfortunately the next few steps could apparently take days, and next week the senate goes on a break for 2 weeks, and after that the focus is on passing the government funding before the deadline. So this week is their last chance to get this bill to the floor, otherwise ukraine will be waiting for months

  3. Hopefully the three independents will be reasonable.

  4. Putin already pulling his credit card for republicans to block.

  5. It will get through the Senate. When it gets to the House, it’s on all of Americans who support Ukraine to put as much pressure as possible, and make as much noise, to push Mike Johnson to put it on the floor for a vote. He doesn’t have to support it personally. Just let it be voted on. If that happens, it will pass.

  6. The senate right now is quite OK, it s the house of representation that block it if i understand.

Does this ukraine bill as a chance to pass in house?

  7. Good news. I love to see America help our democratic allies in their fight against violent authoritarian neighbors.

  8. They tied it to literally the *one* thing Republicans can not say “no” to: Israel.
