10. These oil refineries are being targeted daily which is amazing. Really there are less then 50 major oil refineries in russia so each successful hit makes a big difference

19. This has to be making a difference. I remember when a hurricane knocked out some refineries in the US for awhile, it spiked gas prices for some time. I hope they keep this up and shut them all down!
