*Of course* the dogs got out, you don’t leave your dogs outside unattended for hours upon end. Never mind the dogs performing their own _Great Escape_, they are at the mercy of anyone walking past with access to the garden. Anyone who could, y’know, let the dogs out!
At least he got 90 days, but he should have been banned from keeping animals for life.

Oh. So he was determined not to be a fit and proper person to own or keep a dog for three years…Feck me. We already know how the fake “ban” of XL Bullies has failed in England barely weeks after it was enacted with the terrible death of a grandmother by a lout who was also breeding puppies despite this being supposedly banned, and now Scotland is being forced to follow this ridiculous law.
Owners really need to be properly sanctioned and licenses reintroduced.
