  1. “Anyway, Jack, when are they sending the new billions of bombs?”

  2. Well, to be fair, the US knows quite a bit about over the top responses.

  3. The government of Israel is ostensibly not responsible to Biden, but to its citizens.

I do not think most of the citizenry would have been happy with anything less than the dismantling of Hamas after October 7, and that dismantling could only happen with an invasion proper.

Plus, I cannot think of any country that would allow a terrorist organization to exist after it had engaged in an attack that left 1500 people dead and almost 250 kidnapped.

None of that is an attempt to negate or dismiss that large numbers of innocent Palestinians that have been killed in the war, but I think one has to look at the position an October 7 style-attack would place a government in, and how those leading that government would feel they have to react in order to assure the safety of their citizens.

  4. What a hypocrite. Trying to save votes. I get his vulnerability regarding Trump which may be a national security threat – but this is not going to help. A good percentage of American youth are disenfranchised with a broken system and openly support terrorists. That’s the US’s problem – not Israel’s.

  5. Over the top? Pepole dont understand what living in the middle east means. Its not Europe or us and Canada.

Its all about power and honour, if someone hit you you need to hit him back 10 times harder. So he will think twice about doing it again.

Its not about killing civilians, no one is trying to kill civilians on purpose. But a war and ground invasion is the right answer to October 7 and a country that didn’t react like that doesn’t have a reason and a right to exist anymore in the middle east.

Hezb leaders said after 2006 war that if he knew that israel will start a war he wouldn’t have attacked and kidnapped those soldiers on the border with lebanon.

  6. The US gets a split personality disorder on election years. That’s all this is, imo

  7. If I was the PM of Israel I would make sure that no incident like Oct 7 happens again and teach the enemy that taking hostages won’t save them. Gilad Shalit deal basically showed terrorists that Israel was willing to bend backwards for hostages so they pushed even more kidnapping civilians and even babies. They only understand the stick not the carrot

  8. He also claimed a second later that he discussed aid to Gaza with the President of Mexico, Al-Sisi.

Sisi runs Egypt. Obviously not Mexico.

Then he started talking about aid issues, and said “How can I say this without revealing…” and trailed off. A bit later he also claimed Iran is to the northwest of Saudi Arabia, though at least this he corrected (it’s northeast).

I somehow find it hard to believe he’s really clear on the issue.

  9. Didn’t he also say that Gaza is bordering Mexico?

Anyway, sorry Biden but this war is not about your election, its about Israels security.

  10. Israel needs to stop bending over backwards for the US. It’s clear this administration is doing everything to retain it’s far-left voting base and throwing Israel to the wolves in the process.

  11. If the Islamic militia group Hamas hadn’t murdered unarmed citizens such as kids and babies at the time, the IDF might not have shown its furious moment like this. If attackers overstep the red line, most defenders are likely to expose their huge rage in wars. Why have angry Ukrainians fought against the Russian Army?

  12. I hate how I listen to Michigan public radio and alot of citizens in that region are saying that Biden is for the war in Gaza…

  13. Looks like he was actually talking about Hamas’ ceasefire response response. Unfortunately the guy isn’t very clear.

  14. That is the idea.
That Gaza and its people will never again try to attack Israel.

  15. He also talks to dead people and many many other things.

  16. Of course it was. Anyone who’s not completely biased could see this.

  17. As is many people’s behavior in the last year or so. The only way to turn the ship is to spin the wheel 5x more than you think you need. It’s a big ship, with much resistance, in a hurricane.

At least we’re moving now and not just sinking, anchored to the ocean floor. I don’t condone what they’ve done there and I don’t condone what Hamas did to antagonize the pre-existing complex between Israel and Palestine. I’m also not running that show, so my opinion only goes so far.

Unfortunately terrible things often preclude peace and permanent resolution.

  18. That’s it, you only get 39 billion instead of 40 billion!
