  2. I didn’t see any explosive damage from the angle provided. I predict the Russians will spin this to a Ukrainian attack.

  4. Nothing new, Russia instructure is so old and bad, that this has been happening since the collapse. Factories, apartments buildings, business, etc. Old electrical wiring being overloaded is the main problem. Had friends who when the to Moscow every years to perform, all except one outlet was taped over in their 4 star hotel. Heat and waterline was another problem , I hotel actually told them they had to choose between a hot shower or heat for the room.

    Edit: The above address is the ‘Tk Galereya Aeroport’, which is a shopping mall.

    And the fire is located just to the East of this business.

Either these types of incidents are coming in Russia and they’re being noticed in the western world because of their war, or Russia’s infrastructure which wasn’t great in the first place is failing because of there no longer being the manpower and resources to maintain or replace anything. These failures are definitely going to get worse when everything is being sent off to Ukraine as opposed to maintain Russia itself.
