I booked an ICE1112 train for the destination berlin to munich yesterday. DB put a block on my card for my ticket and I even made a seat reservation because there was a high demand expectation!

Also, I can buy tickets to the same train again through the DB app now. So the train wasn’t canceled either. 🤔

What could be the reason I’m having this problem? Should I buy tickets again?

  2. Your payment might have been rejected. Just call the Great service line of Deutsche Bahn
