Every week I see LESA agents double parked, ignoring all kinds of traffic infractions, smoking in their car. Here one is chatting with a buddy of his, blocking the road(red car). So everyone else has to drive around. While of course, he is also double parked in the roundabout.

The traffic in many areas are so shit, and it seems like LESA is better at making it worse than they are at improving it.

  1. LESA is not about improving traffic… it is about collecting fines basically legalized shake down operation.

  3. There are places in Malta (several of them)where traffic disorder is the order of the day (parking contraventins galore). And LESA is never present! As usual, s typical government entity with no proper management and priorities.

  4. Every time they appear traffic slows down to a crawl, they are a useless bunch of tax-funded idiots.
