The American Bar Association should start and investigation leading to disbarment of the special prosecutor.
It is smoke screen to divert attention from Trump’s deliberate stealing and concealing of government documents.
The comments, .. Mr. Biden’s memory was significantly limited and well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory along with serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness. are evidence that the person in charge is simply a member of the Trump MAGA cult.
MAGA answers every criminal probe under oath with “I can’t recall” and it’s “smart” but if Biden can’t remember exact dates from a decade ago he is old and has a bad memory.

Until the right actually holds Trump accountable, I don’t give a single solitary fuck what they think about Bidens handling of information.
It’s not good that we don’t have better oversight in classified documents and should probably be more serious about punishing people who aren’t following procedures.
However, of note here, Biden worked with the proper authorities to make sure everything was returned. Trump, on the other hand, kept lying about having them and actively tried to hide more documents after saying they returned them all. What Trump did was way worse because he lied to authorities.
You know what’s cool about this? Neither the attorney general nor the president felt the need to tip the scales and put out a bullshit summary of the findings and then classify or try to hide the report. Say what you want, but at least they are transparent and kept their hands out of it. Can’t say the same for others. No charges. End of story.

I think the country deserves to know Biden’s mental state
My thoughts are that Biden and Pence were both found to have classified materials they shouldn’t have been in possession of, and they both cooperated fully with the FBI to return those documents when asked.
It shouldn’t have happened, and if you or I did that we’d be in prison already, so it’s definitely a case of the law being applied unequally to powerful people.
If they had found something, they would have reported it. Republicans will jump all over this. Time to make the Supercuts of all of Trumps mental gaffes. And there are many.

If Biden win another 4 years the first order of business is to get rid of Garland. Thank you for stabilizing the DOJ after Trumps terrible appointees but its now time for reform and changes to the DOJ.
