PMQs: Boris Johnson denies saying inflation fears were ‘unfounded’ – but Sky News has it on camera

  1. I think Boris might be the most openly lying person I’ve ever witnessed.

Maybe because I haven’t been alive long enough/paid close enough attention but it so obviously making a mockery of our systems it’s a wonder to me we haven’t seen more backlash.

I understand this is a very apathetic nation but it’s becoming a pathetic one at that.(in my mind at least)

How is this guy not a national embarrassment?

Just seems like a sad shame we’ve fallen this far to have someone like him take leadership, especially during one of our most vulnerable moments in living history.

He could kick the shit out of the number 10 cat and I wouldn’t be sure it would matter at this point.

  2. How is Hoyle able to sleep at night? He’s a disgrace letting BJ get away with such flagrant disorder and abandonment of process and rules of the house.

  3. He just likes to lie. It’s hard to imaging anything from him is true. That might just be random chance

  4. Everyone is just gonna keep voting Tory till there’s nothing left except one very fat toff in a smoking wasteland that used to be Britain.

  5. I knew a compulsive liar once. She would lie about every little thing. If you said you went to the pub last Friday, she was in the same pub…even if there were 3 people in there, you were there all night, and there was no sign of her the entire evening.

Now fair enough, her lies were relatively harmless, and so we all just let her be and hardly ever pulled her up on her lies to spare the embarrassment.

Why a country would elect someone like that is beyond me.

  6. I can’t remember a time when a PM has been found out so often but still remains in power, everything from backing out of the agreed Brexit deal to blatantly lying he honestly thinks he’s a class above the Mugs he serves. I have mostly voted Tory as the opposition has always been week. Right now I’d vote for the mad hatters party just to see this c**t out

  7. I’m starting to think that scene in Pirates of the Caribbean 3, where Jack Sparrow talks about how you can trust a dishonest man to be dishonest really resonated stronger than it should have with people

  8. Inflation? Hah, seriously?

It is not a problem, I might say, it is a real as***le when we talk about the economy and inflation! Also thanks to Boris – a real “benefactor”. He clearly knew all the consequences of the BREXIT and also he knew all the possible problems. But Boris J did it anyway. This moment makes me think, that he did it only for a little but powerful group of people who still receive all the benefits.

    God save the Queen!

  9. He is openly depending on good old British Belligerence.
You know, cram your fingers into your ears? Pretend arrogance is a good alternative to facts? The I AM RIGHT regardless, folk. The Oh It’s Only Statistics crew. The They Are All Liars Anyway gang.
It is a well that runs very deep indeed.

  10. Is Boris Johnson a liar? I wonder what other novel insights the internet has for us today 🤣

  11. But will he be PM long enough for one of his bastard children to burst through the doors of Parliament mid-PMQs and scream out “I’VE GOT A QUESTION FOR YOU PAPA, WHY DID YOU ABANDON MEEEE???”

Labour needs to manufacture this scenario.
