  1. They are sticking to their plan to increase the use of the private sector in England’s version of the NHS.

So that’s at least something I suppose.

  2. It is a sad state of affairs when Stammer is the standout of the election hopefuls.

  3. Do you have the list of the Tory u turns as well? There have been many!

  4. C’mon it’s not like he’s a Tory or anything……

    He just looks like one!

    He just sounds like one!

    He just acts like one!

He’s going to win an election like one!

He’s going to govern like one!

He’s going to treat Scotland like one!

He’s New Labour! So he can do one!

    🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆

If it walks like a duck!!!

  5. God forbid that the opposition party actually refine or change their ideas. Wow.

  6. What’s the difference between tories and labour after they came back on all the cool promises?

  7. Guy wants to be in power. He will do anything he needs to do to get there. Nothing new.

  8. The 10 pledges that Starmer made up to get elected have largely either evaporated entirely or have been watered down beyond all recognition.

The only announcements that they seem to have stuck to are where they say they won’t roll back on Tory policy/legislation.

Why should anyone trust any of their announcements?

  9. The pathetic, wretched state of nationalists when they’ve sunk to openly campaigning for the tories in the hopes of saving indy.

  10. Vote for us, we’re slightly less evil, also we’re a different colour rosette! What more could you want?!?

  11. Can we have a list of the SNP’s failures over the last 14 years please?
Their green u-turn was always going to happen as they shouldn’t have out a number on it. It won’t win votes having it but I don’t think they will loose many votes at all as people are looking for better NHS, schools etc.

  12. That website will have to hire a 10-people team to keep up with Sir Kid Starver’s u-turns, I’m pretty sure that list is outdated already

  13. It’s never asked why these ” promises ” are dumped so readily.

The same big money donors that were so keen to finance the tories are now migrating to Starmers Labour. What is the return that was settled by wink wink nod agreement that was agreed by the tories and now by labour ?

Hiding behind ” the tories have left us skint ” doesn’t wash anymore as it is the regular answer to any one of the pair as they take power.

This country can be a reflection of the state of politics in America, and now it can be asked…who does power represent ? Us or those that get close enough to buy their way close to the ears of our supposed representation.

The Labour Party died years ago when Blair and Brown smelled the corpse of it. Now, its big money representation by city PR suits indistinguishable by party name. The public duped by London careerists caught in the scramble for the first to be that big money representation.

The only difference today with Starmer is the fact he knew the money wouldn’t be available for his tartan paint sales lure and is only preempting his coming tenure with the ” were all skint ” line to save making election promises he never was going to deliver.

  14. Tories completely deserve all the hate they get, but this Labour party is just as bad, they’re just a different *flavour* of bad: less corrupt, more AUTHORITARIAN

  15. I mean to be fair his latest one was promised in like 2021 so a lot can change in 3 years. Especially after a kamikwasi mini budget

Not sticking up for the cunt tho hes basically a diff person to when he was running for labour leader.

  16. They missed how Starmer repeatedly said the SNP would have a democratic mandate for a 2nd referendum if they won a majority.

    He’s now backtracked.

  17. Yes, nothing says ‘Scotland’ like listing Labour U-turns.

  18. Farcical. Think I’ll stick with Rishi and give him a chance.

  19. can’t wait for 5 years of nothing before those nutters down south vote in some fascist in 2030

  20. This move of assuming that Labour voters will vote for them regardless is dangerous. All I see is him trying to get Tory votes and pushing for hope

  21. Absolutely pathetic. How can anyone expect that the Red Tories will treat Scotland any differently than the Blue Tories is beyond me. The Scottish Electorate are not stupid enough to believe these lies.

  22. It’s almost unbelievable when you actually see it compiled together like this.

Is there any other party that have just blatantly rolled back on almost everything promised like this?

  23. He stood up for Trans people without flinching.

I never felt comfortable with him as leader until that moment. Still a long way to go to get my vote.

  24. The SNP are utterly pointless in Westminster as has been proven. So your choices are Labour or Tory. Which one do you want?

  25. I don’t know fuck all about Keir, but can we stop pretending a U-turn is inherently bad? Like if you have a shitty opinion and you make a u-turn… good for you? Let’s judge people by the content of their opinion and not just whether they change their mind.

  26. He’s still a better PM than anyone on the Tory benches, and his party will still be an improvement on the Tory government.

  27. if he was in power, that would be a worry. on the other hand those in power make u turns by the hour and cant stop keeping their position.

  28. Just goes to show that unless we rise up in direct action, we get the same shit show year after year, one charlatan spiv after another.

  29. Looking to kill the oil and gas industry too. Why does he hate Scotland so much? Screw him.
