  1. We all know his appeal is going to fall flat on its face, so if he wants to waste the court’s time, he’s gotta pay up first.

  4. How long till he files for bankruptcy? Not everyone is getting paid unless we force his trusts to liquidate, businesses to selll off, buildings, all of it. Kids inheritance if that’s not already gone.

  6. If I understand correctly, if he want to appeal, he has to post a bond equal to the amount of the full award — $83.3 million. Either way, he has to produce that much cash.

    What is the alternative? If he fails to produce the cash, how would the court handle it? Would the court begin seizing properties?

Trump exposed American as the shame it’s always been, every American is a self absorbed asshole. I thank Carol for her swing at getting justice but we are far, far, far, far too broken as a nation of “laws” to fix anything.
