The Aldi Jumbo sausage will always be my number one closest you’ll easily find in taste and size on a shelf to a catering sausage.
Kelly’s of Newport Jumbo sausages are nice but a little to metallic tasting for me. Make great puddings though.
Never understood why the sausages you generally get in a shop are so small.

I had some daycent sausages sold to me in fun dunnes recently, can’t remember where from, but it was a father & son farm and the uncle was promoting it. Sligo maybe, or mayo? One of those. Anyway, they were magic.
