  1. I’ve been wanting to put a post up about this this week but I’ve been hit with a flu to point I’ve needed to take 5 days off work as it’s triggered my asthma from 0 to 100 in a few days but now I don’t feel so bad, just miserable.

  2. Been there, had it and didn’t knowingly pass it on unlike some tossers I work with. People are so stupid 🤷🏻‍♂️

  3. Last year, I went around multiple drug stores trying to get a flu shot only to be turned down at all of them because they didn’t have any. I was informed that there wasn’t actually a shortage in the supply chain but rather most pharmacies were holding out purchasing new stocks because the cost of flu shots had been hiked up by the suppliers (so in the meantime pharmacies were just prioritizing vulnerable patients). I was then told to “try again in January” (this was in late October).

I hate to think of many people got flu not because they didn’t try to avoid it but rather because they were denied a flu jab.
