It is so inconvenient to drink from these! The cap keeps hitting my nose or chin 😵‍💫

  1. Not our choice. But most of those you can easily rip off with some force 🙂

Just don’t throw it in the nature.

  2. Unlike some other European countries, Finland has a competent recycling program, so this is an unnecessary fix to a problem we don’t have but others do.

  3. It’s a useless invention. I just rip it off and put it back in.

  4. I hate it. And because of it, i now hate everyone who throws their bottlecaps away.

  5. I hate it and out of spite I have stopped recycling. I now put the bottles in the same bin with the biodegradables. Fuckin nanny state.

  6. Yes i like it. I kept losing it so now that its attached im happy

  7. Controversial opinion: i actually like it, people are just not used to them yet. Its nice to not loose the cork.

  8. I usually just rip them off and throw in trash. Regular caps can be held in hand while drinking to put in place for recycle but these almost always come off with sharp plastic piece

  9. Hate it and now when you rip the cap off you get these really sharp plastic points

  10. I don’t mind it. I think for me, it’s actually kinda usefull since I mostly use soda bottles only when I’m driving and at those times I don’t need to worry about dropping the cap under the seat or anything like that.

  11. People say it’s useless but actually it prevents the cap from being dropped by mistake. But the way they manufactured it is totally fiasco! ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|grimacing)
I’ve messed up my car because of one of these (the cap didn’t close correctly so the bottle exploded with sugar drink inside it). There is less screws because of that attachment part and the plastic is much softer than on the previous models. From now on I will rip it off and then close the cap.

  12. Twist it sideways and other side lets go, it’s easier that way

  13. It’s especially hilarious when they implement this on milk cartons, and the recycling instructions tell you to detach the cap and recycle it separately,

  14. I rarely drink soda straight from the bottle, so it doesn’t bother me that much. But to be honest, I had no idea people tossing away the cap was such a big issue. It feels like such a monkey brain reaction to put the cap back in the bottle to me.

  15. I don’t like it, but I get it’s purpose and can deal with it. I just never realized losing bottle caps happened as often as it does. Like, how careless do you gotta be to lose the cap?

  16. its nice when you are driving etc so you dont lose cap but thats about it

  17. Drink with the cap to the side, not top or bottom, and it’s not an issue at all. I’m a huge fan of it, as I always drop and lose the caps to my bottles for one reason or another.

  18. Just have the cap on the side so they go against you cheecks , 0 problems

  19. On sodas, I don’t mind.

But on PROfeel shakes, fuck these. Because it’s a shake, you need to shake it before opening it (shocking, I know). But now that you take off the cap, the cap is full of liquid and if you don’t lick it clean, it’s gonna drop on your face or cloths. And if you want to remove the cap with force, you risk spilling your drink.
