  7. Considering I use these as a hypo treatment, I’d say she will be perky.

  8. Not to be a downer but those things are really bad for you. Most of the ingredients aren’t actually food, they’re full of sweeteners which make your body anticipate calories it’s not going to get so it stimulates your appetite and you end up overeating other foods.

  9. Lidl’s Crownfield brand does whipped bars for 70 odd calories a pop, I’ve only tried the toffee but it’s really nice.
