Alaba got injured in mid december. We had 2 weeks to plan and 4 weeks to sign a center back, and the board did nothing. Actually scandalous coming from the biggest club in the world.

I hate seeing the team lose and everything, but the board should pay for their incompetence. Even a broke club would’ve brough it a CB in the winter. Going in to the season without a proper striker and only one natural RB then refusing to sign a CB after your two starting defenders get long-term injuries is something that I just can’t comprehend.

Again, if he ruins this season, this will totaly sour Perez legacy to me. He has been great most of the time but when he fcks up the fck ups are inexplicable. Like fireing del Bosque after winning league, selling Makelele for Beckham when Makelele was engine of the team and only DMF. Now being cheaper than my local club whith all the CB injuries in a season when we are competing for everything, rnding up with 0 healthy CBs. As if bringing no Benz replacement wasnt being cheap enough to brgin with.
Not to sound dramatic or pessimistic but these are the kind of circumstances that could see us lose La Liga and UCL in a matter of two weeks.
I hope we push through though

Everything’s fine as long as the stadium is shiny, and we’re having NFL games and Taylor Swift concerts there
Who cares about the sporting side of things anyways
All our CBs, upto the 7th (!) choice are unavailable, and we didn’t sign a single player, other clubs would’ve signed 2 or 3
