This is a huge problem all over Belgium. Everywhere I go I see furniture and trash dumped on the roadside.
Could this be maybe improved if there was a possibility of free pickup by the local trash collectors? Or maybe having once a month pickup scheduled so people have a day of the month where they could get the things ( furniture and others) in front of their building be picked up ?
How are other countries dealing with this?
