Agencies should be fined for cartelisation.
Damn the votes are less than 500 still, I was expecting we would have reached the goal by now. Now seeing the low votes seems like all tenants are ok with paying the agency fees, even though it never helps them in any way possible.
The government at least could make the agency fees tax deductible for tenants
