This seems to be Pori dialect, and quite heavy at that. From what I understand, in standard Finnish it would be “Ota tyttö-kulta silloin kun saat, ei aina tarjoilla” or in English freely translated “take when you can, dear girl, for there won’t always be servings.
I think that might be Pori dialect (porin murre), but I’m not good enough to say for sure.

Someone might have a better translation. It’s written in an accent (Oulu..?), I’m from eastern Helsinki so not ’round ‘ere.

I’d say Rauma dialect, not Pori.
It has been translated well enough already, but I’d add it’s supposed to be a bawdy joke, meaning basically: *you should have sex when you can, it won’t always be available.*
