Did ElonMusk sell Starlink to the Russian military? The first recorded instances of terminal usage were several months ago.

    He is a complete security threat.

  4. To do so would absolutely be in line with the way Elon Musk thinks.

    He has a weird way of looking at the world, he seems to think that all actions should be equal even if it means augmenting or boosting the side with fewer adherents and/or suppressing the side with a stronger case (which is why Twitter went to shit), and seems to be a big fan of conspiracy theories (the less evidence or the less sensical, the better). He also likes the idea of “might makes right”, but in this instance “might” refers to personalities rather than political or military power — Putin, Trump, etc who can present a facade of democracy whilst being strongmen are among his favorite types.

    BUT…when it comes to letting these principles play out he is so wildly inconsistent that it’s easier to just say he’s nuts. Anyway. All that to say – yes, I would absolutely be zero surprised if it turns out he’s been supplying Starlink terminals to the Russian military even while giving the Ukraine military shit about the units they have.

  6. If he did, it would probably not be in line with sanctions.
