  1. Medical students on wards? To do what? other than observe, learn and have everything they do supervised saving not much time. As thats about all they can do.

    Someone really did not think that one through.

  2. The most effective thing to do would be to reduce the self isolation period, especially if you’re asymptomatic (I’d actually bin it altogether in that case). The problem is large amounts of staff who are entirely able to work but aren’t allowed to.

    Why else was Sunak in the States very recently meeting with their private healthcare providers other than to discuss them taking over the NHS

  4. There are already restrictions in Scotland, Wales and Ireland, and there is no real difference between infections.
