What’s with the huge waves on the east coast today? Hardly any wind on land so I presume there must be a massive storm out over the North Sea whipping them up?

  2. I saw people on Local News Facebook™️ earlier saying cars were being moved around by the waves down at Leven prom. No idea what’s causing it but even the huge storms over Christmas weren’t that bad.

  5. Big waves coming over the sea wall in Kirkcaldy too. My dad’s on a ship in the North Sea servicing wind turbines and it was getting some hefty swells.

  6. Swell takes time to die down, even after the winds have gone, there is often residual swell.

  8. Give it a few days, it’s the beast from the east coming soon!
