  4. I think people just see the puffs of smoke from the bomblets exploding and assume if 1 of those doesn’t land within about 5-10 feet of someone it’s “missed”. Totally ignoring shrapnel.

    Whenever you see 1 of these things explode near water it gives you a much better idea of their true effect.

  10. Instead of writing cringe bs I’ll write a serious comment. I’d love to hear a doctors opinion on how someone will or maybe won’t recover from injuries like this. With huge holes of flesh missing I doubt the body can repair and heal that. Will this man have a baseball sized hole in his thigh for life?

  20. The muscovite footmen who actually get medical care have won the Russian lottery. Sure, the next step is surviving that medical care, then making it home, then getting any follow up care, or a job, or whatever…….. But to make it off the battlefield is a huge stroke of luck.
