A Witches traffic cone in Feb?

1. It’s a rare, shiny version.

2. Green cones are used to indicate site access from the highway for works vehicles.

8. If that road is where I think it is, I hate that section coming just ahead with everyone in the opposite direction not slowing down as the road narrows especially in their 4×4’s
