Hello! I know this is a bit of a weirder post here, but the laptop I’m looking for in Romania isn’t available anymore and I found it online in Bulgaria.
My question is what websites are most safe to buy from? Warranty is important for me and I need to know that the website is serious when it comes to repairs and replacements. (for example [speedcomputers.biz](http://speedcomputers.biz) has the laptop for a lower price but I don’t know about their warranty policy/if i can buy extra warranty)

If they are a legit site, you can contact them and ask them to send you the laptop with Econt with Cash on Delivery, even better if their site offers it in their order form. If you live near the border, you can also order a pickup to the nearest Econt or Speedy office.
