I need help locating a witness.
Hi, this story is quite creepy.

I’m going to focus into being objective due to legal reasons in this prosecution. Around 02:20 am over the corner where kapucijnenvoer and janessiustraat meet, me and my boyfriend were surprised by insistent knocks over the main door at kot. A witness had caught the men that has been stalking me and my boyfriend over the last two months.
The witness narrated with details to my boyfriend the creepy and disgusting sight he had of him (the peeping tom) for a long time while this guy observed us inside through the window (unfortunately we live in the apartment located to the front to of street). We were aware that he had this habit of spying on us, I installed cameras past week over the window due to this, but i don’t have a memory card in it and it only takes a screenshot whenever a person moves in front, however recovering the video would be most likely impossible.
Our biggest mistake was not getting his number. One hour later i caught the guy on tape watching us once again. My boyfriend rushed to the door and he could see him already moving in a distance, however the guy didn’t seem to be running away, almost as he wanted me to approach him. My boyfriend went to get a bat inside and i started following him with the police on the line with me and I was lucky enough to have a patrol approaching over in that very moment. Had they got there a second later, I don’t know if I would be here to write this.
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING for me now is to find this witness. He is the only person that can identify that element (the police took him to the station after the occurrence was registered). My boyfriend who talked to him claims he could be between 30-34y, he was wearing a coat and had a black umbrella. approximately 1,80cm and knocked at our door around 02:20. If you guys know any community, where people in Leuven engage a lot, please share it with me.
I fear for my life as the police officer refused to tell us if he wielded any weapons. According to him, this information is restricted to a privacy law. The picture above displays the stalker observing us across the window, his disgusting face between the shadows.
