It’s at least from before 1993, as it uses the old 4-digit postal codes.
Looks like it‘s from the 70s, because of the photos. It definitely must have been before 1992 because then the Hotel Schneefernerhaus mentioned in the text was closed. So 80s sounds possible.
Found a note in a technical magazine from 1982 that talks about the “new Richtfunkstelle” operated by the Bundespost. The Bundespost was split up and privatized in 1995. So if this flyer mentions the radio station, it must be from later than 1982. In addition, the railway route was split near the summit and a direct connection to Zugspitzplatt added in 1987, this is still missing from the flyer and no plans are mentioned. Restaurant SonnAlpin was opened in 1983. I would say around 1983-85 is the most likely printing date.
The tickets were always pretty expensive!
Two more data points: RVO (Regionalverkehr Oberbayern GmbH, whose logo is listed next to the ticket prices) was established in 1976. The Max Planck Institute for Physics and Astrophysics existed (under this name) from 1958 to 1991.
The year must have been at the top left corner. Must be after 1973 (opening alpspitzbahn) and 1992, as others pointed out.
