When I read tou CV I think you are a freshman with very little to 0 experience. But you try to tell me with your CV that you have the experience..
I’d delete the headline and key skills and mention those things in the cover letter

Reducing milestone length by 25%? What does it even mean?

Remove all the “achievements” from your work done as project manager, all of them sounds like bullshit.
Why Croatian c2, if you come Croatia? I do not understand the reason. Mother language is a better Level than c2. Does not mache sense to me.
