  4. Ukraine is facing a serious conundrum given its inability to find a way forward to achieve greater mobilisation. It’s pretty evident that there is a lack of sufficient manpower to enable effective rotation of troops. Delaying mobilisation will only serve to damage morale even further.

    All the focus appears to be on ammunition and supplies, but without sufficient manpower Ukraine faces a serious challenge. Zelensky needs to figure out how to square the circle and it won’t be easy.
