It’s obviously a shitty meme, but renting does have a value, that of flexibility. The pricing and availability in reality have made that valueless, though.
I would agree if the price wasn’t extortionate
It’s only an ‘asset’ if you have financial freedom – that’s why ‘wealthy people’ do it. And the level of financial freedom we’re talking about is waaaaaaaay beyond what 90% of people will see in their lifetimes.
