It’s amazing how many people go through their entire lives not realising this.
I cook, at home & at friends/relatives – they ask me, I don’t just insist 😉 I’ve never found one other person with sharp knives. It seems they buy a set [or in some cases… a knife] in their 20s that they’re still using in their 60s, & not sharpened once in between.
