That pesky EU trying to solve climate change
So they are going to “fix” things by renaming the myriad of taxes on the invoice to “EU tax”, “European CO2 tax” and a “It’s all the fault of the sossen, remember Freya and her solar panel subsidies???!!! tax”.
The usual conservative response of “whatever you don’t like it is someone else’s fault!”, which is weird for a party that loves to tell people they should take responsibility for their lives and fix their problems instead of having the government help.

Als je weet dat 2/3 van de factuur taxen,accijnzen en belastingen zijn (zowel Vlaams als federaal), moet er toch wat ruimte zijn om de factuur te verlagen!?
Paraplu trekkerij van de zuiverste soort, wat ze eigenlijk zegt is : laat het een ander maar oplossen…

Try lowering the taxes to 6% as a start, never understood why we pay 21% on electricity. Electricity is a basic need!
