bought a car from Finland with service records, but I’m having hard time reading them. Could you check the picture, I suspect the last line could mean that Timing belt + water pump been replaced, but it would be helpful to get your confirmation.

Yes, timing belt (probably incl. related parts) + water pump.
Second last is battery + aux/serpentine belt.
The first 3 rows are less interesting: engine oil + oil filter, cabin air filter, engine air filter.
