Looking to take a freind back to this spot as an adult for her first visit back in over 20 years. Her father was stationed around Kapaun Air Base at the time so the location may be near or in Saarbrücken. Any help would be great!

need to ask rainbolt, the geoguesser community is insanely skilled in locating places
I’ll nominate Burg Hohenecken just outside Kaiserslautern. The church and heavily forested landscape match pretty closely. It’s also just a few km from Kapaun Air Station.
