Under the plan, private providers would have “full responsibility” for the operation, maintenance and facilities management, including resident welfare, and would be paid directly by the state for their construction.
They said the department had not put a limit on the number of offers it would accept.
This Ukrainian refugee thing is wearing thin now, most of them just jumped at the chance of an overly generous offer by a naive government, desperate to look like good little boys and girls in front of the rest of the eu.
How about building them for all those who need homes. There should be no discrimination on nationality allowed.
Inappropriate flair.
Should be “Christ On A Bike”.
Using refugees as an excuse to do this if they weren’t deemed fit for regular social housing before. “We’re desperate guys, you know how it is?! We HAVE to do this m’kay, pleease guys!”

If towns will allow them to be built. Unless they talk to people about basic stuff, they will make a bad situation a lot worse.
Their still treated better then us the Irish, what a unfair world we live in. They get free healthcare, Social welfare etc and get to sit on their arse all day and do absolute fuck all. Deport them, especially the men who should be fighting.
The irish government actually must hate its citizens.
