Historic moment as Michelle O’Neill becomes Northern Ireland’s first minister
I am honored to stand here as first Minister we Mark a moment of equality and a moment of progress a new opportunity to work and to grow together confident in that wherever we come from whatever our aspirations are we can and we must build our future together the
Parure and Coalition that is being formed here today by the parties must now dedicate itself to delivering an ambitious agenda for change the public are now relying on each of us to act in their best interests to serve our whole Community with good faith we must make par sure and work because collectively
We are all charged with leading and delivering for our people in common cause we must work to make life better for workers for families and communities to create hope and opportunity we must be respectful of each other the days of second class citizenship are long gone and today
Confirms that they will never come back back
Northern Irelandâs devolved government has reconvened at Stormont and appointed Michelle OâNeill as first minister in a historic moment for Sinn FÊin and Irish nationalism. OâNeill, Sinn FÊinâs deputy leader, became first minister in accordance with a May 2022 assembly election in which the republican party overtook the DUP as the biggest party, a seismic symbolic and psychological shift.

Short reign even shorter if Mary lou allowed in NI
Hmm now watch IRA start up again without any sign of any regret for their actions from the voice of the terrorist in power.
Now the open door policies arrive
Goodbye NI, hello UI.
Another set of leeches bleeding the ordinary people dry to boost their over inflated egos.
The Northern Ireland version of Nicola Sturgeon !
Congratulations fairplay to you…great to see..from Dublin.
More power to her!
Her entire list of needs for NI could
be answered by a United Ireland and
EU membership. I hope that is where
she is going with this.
She's a New World Order shill and a globalist
She's fit
Well Donezk minsterâ¤â¤
The days of second class citizens is not over
Migrants housed before citizens is not equality
Reality before bigotry at last. Northern Ireland's first step into the 21st century….welcome to "today"…
Another Clever Westminister Shafting of the DUP and Boris didnt have to visit town.đ

after 2 year's its unbelievable! congratulations đ
The IRA and their pals in SF failed.
Loyal Northern Ireland will never surrender!
Even the best efforts of Jim Allister couldn't put a damper on this historic day, when people from other countries ask what caused the troubles they should be shown the video of Jim Allister's address to the assembly today that says it all.
If the world had more politicians like this weâd be in a much better place
This is a bona fide Brexit Benefit. Finally something. All power to Ireland. Itâs day has come.
As a former Unionist / loyalist, i am very happy to see this change and to be honest what was inevitable. I lived in Australia for 4 year and most of my mates are Irish, i consider myself Irish as to be honest noone in the world really recognises Northern Ireland in my experience. We need to grow stronger together and i genuinely look forward to a united Ireland where we can all prosper. Peace and love đŽđĒ
Picking up a giant mix of crisis', hopefully SF can get through this challenge
As someone who wants Welsh independence it's fantastic to see the first First Minister of Northern Ireland who is from a party that stands for a united Ireland.
Wonderful a nationalist and a socialist..what could possibly go wrong đ…

Excellent Michelle, well done indeed! đđđ
Well done to the FM for a truly inspiring Speech. Su h great composure and without any partizan rhetoric that we have had for the last 200 odd years.
A speech that spoke the Truth and Reconciliation between the communities.
Let's have no more of the Orange Boys or the Rebels. They belongs to History.
A new future beckons for the Irish, when twins separated at birth will be reunited.
A momentous day. A reunification of Ireland is a step closer along a road that is getting shorter every dayâĻ
I dont think this is what the Dark had in mind. The patriot game continues đŽđĒđŽđĒđŽđĒđŽđĒ
No doubt we'll read all about it on tik tok…tik tok…tik tok…..
Just to let SF in the South know it will never happen we will never have a SF leader of the south they had their chance and blew it!!! The open the borders to everyone party.
why dont brits tell ukraine let russia partition your country? you expect irish people to accept it. And NO ITS IS NOT DEMOCRATIC .IRELAND IS A SINGLE ENTITY AND UNIONISTS ARE A MINORITY
