I live in Frankfirt and found this paper today on windshield. It is alao on windshields of all the cars in the parking area. Is it the state doing this to inform everyone about new rules or some person?

  2. Would it make any difference? A look at the traffic signs in your street should be enough to verify whether it’s true or not.

    If it’s true, then it’s most likely from the city indeed. Why would some random person waste printer ink and paper just to spare random strangers from a fine?
