When will the squad actually be ready to compete?

What will it take for these players to develop the mental toughness not to fold when we concede?

When will our our team be able to play with a fluid offence without completely compromising the defence or vice versa?

Where three years into the project and haven’t moved very far. I thought the idea of getting Allegri was because he’d be able push the side to be title contenders.

If the goal is only top 4 what was the point of sacking Pirlo when he achieved that goal? Don’t get me wrong I wasn’t a big fan of Pirlo either but Allegri hasn’t proven to be an upgrade so far.

When we will be ready and what do we need to do to get there?

  2. It’s crazy that people actually believe in this “project” nonsense. There is no project. For it to be a project, you’ve to focus on sustainability. There’s nothing sustainable in the way Allegri wants them to play football. As soon as the motivation is gone, those 1:0 wins easily turn into 0:1 losses.

  8. What was the point to sack Pirlo?
    Yes Pirlo achieved top 4 but the board back them wanted Scudetto. Giving Allegri the contract he has, made him unable to be sacked due to the financial situation even though he didn’t win Scudetto. After the ban of directors and the reshuffle. We have a board of directors that isn’t delusional. They know we don’t really have what it takes even though we fought for the Scudetto.

    Look at our squad. We lack a decent backup for Dušan. Milik is shit. We still give Sandro playing time even though he is a complete disaster. We still lack a bit of creativity in the midfield.

    Main goal for this season was ucl spot. Get back that ucl money. Then we can continue the rebuild.

    Give the squad the time it needs. Allegri has shown he can give us a rock solid defence, if we can improve the chance creation in the midfield with Fagio back and maybe some departures and new players in the summer. I think we could fight again for the Scudetto next season.

Honest, non biased opinion, when i watch this team most games i asked my self, “how the hell were we atop the table?” Even when they win, most of the time it just seems lucky and the team pulled it out of their ass. I want good ol Juventus domination. We’ll be lucky to finish top 4 at this rate.

  10. Mistakes were made by coach and player yesterday but doesn’t change the fact that we still are not close to inter in talent. We might have the most expensive team but that’s on the management, not allegri. He doesn’t spend the money.
