Nicholas Whyte’s analysis of the new electoral boundaries. He doesn’t think any seats will change hands at Westminster with just a few changing hands in the Assembly.

Farry might be under pressure in North Down and Fermanagh and South Tyrone should become even closer. North Belfast probably becomes a bit more comfortable for SF.

  1. The incorporation of most of Hightown into North Belfast is going to add 100s of votes to John Finucane.

Always felt pointless casting a vote for the Shinners in South Antrim general elections, but this just made it interesting.

  2. I don’t see why Farry under pressure unless you’re basing it on deluded loyalist sock puppet accounts on twitter.

  3. Farry is at risk from an independant….Farry is percieved as doing nothing much for North Down so it will be one to watch

  4. The guardian map he’s used and linked is fuck all use at identifying the changes because it has no streets marked

  5. Eglinton ones being swapped into East Derry must be raging.

Derry changes are odd especially since it looks like it was done along roads. Live on one side of the Glenshane road you’re voting in Derry and the other side you’re voting in West Tyrone.

  6. The UUP..or poor mans dup attract granny votes..local unionists not impressed by tim collins anyway
