Yeah, this would have to do with the fact that blue hydrogen is produced from fossil fuels, which are a finite resource, with 20% *higher* CO2 emissions compared with just burning the fuel conventionally. A throwaway line about “capturing the resulting CO2 emissions” as if that were a thing is obvious bullshit: if we were able to do that, we wouldn’t be building wind farms.
