British military aircraft rapidly supplying weapons to Ukraine

  1. And it’s avoiding German airspace.

Germany once again show how spineless they are, and that when push comes to shove, they prefer to sell Ukraine (and every Ukraine) than engage in a tit-for-tat with Russia with financial backlash felt in Germany (which for German governments is unimaginable, as their actions show for 2 decades – nothing gets priority for them over their economical interests).

  2. >The C-17 transport aircraft are in flight as we speak, Germany has apparently denied overflight rights judging by the path taken.

Take note Europe, don’t know why we bother helping you when the largest economy in the EU can’t be fuckin’ bothered to defend Ukranians for their freedom.

  3. Good.

Still haven’t forgot that Russia carried out a chemical weapons attack on us, and killed/injured some of our citizens, only a few years back.

We should be as much of a thorn in the side of Russia as we can, at every turn.

  4. Shit is about to hit the fan, and I’m just sitting here in my comfy Polish apartment. I just hope we don’t get hit by another wave of Ukrainian refugees running away from bombs.

  5. Fuck the SPD, fuck Baerbock for letting them run the show.

Not even allowing RAF to use German airspace for flights to Ukraine.

    Fuckin “ally”

  6. It is very interesting time,

1- Germany refusing to sell arms to Ukraine

2-France cooperating with Russia in Libya and Karabakh

3- Turkey is arming Ukraine. But US, Canada, Germany impose military sections against Turkey

4- Tiny country of Azerbaijan last week singed numerous agreements with Ukraine and had ball to put territorial integrity of Ukraine in their statement.

5- Mighty Germany prefer Russian money to EU security..

6- Armenia is sending troops to crush Kazakh protesters as part of CSTO.

7- Armenia recognises crimea as part of Russia and voted in favour of Russia in UN.

8- Armenia host Russia military bases.

9- EU provided 2.6 billion EU aid to Armenia and only 150 million to Azerbaijan, though Armenia was not affected by second Karabakh war.

10- There is active US sanction against Azerbaijan since 90s because Armenia was occupying 20% of Azerbaijan.

11- Recently French presidential candidate smuggled by Russian to Karabakh and she layed flour to a Nazi collaborator.

So you draw your own conclusions

  7. This is why I laugh at all the EU army talk, biggest player in the EU has a contradicting foreign policy that’ll piss off most EU countries.

  8. This is just so funny, if Germany cannot change EU and Europe as a whole are fucked. French presidency is the last hope to change the EU to save Europe.

  9. At least someone has guts. Thanks Brits, Ukrainians won’t forget who helped them in the hour of need!

The only thing German politicians seem to have learned from WW2 is that you shouldn’t go against the Russians. Those immoral fucks are even now working behind the scenes trying to block weapon transfers to Ukraine from other NATO states. Even these flights needed to be routed around Germany to get to Ukraine.

I guess whatever gets you that cushy Gazprom seat.

  10. This is “journalism” on par with any submission to r/shitposting:

    >Germany has apparently denied overflight rights judging by the path taken.

Well, the “journalist” didn’t bother to ask the authorities whether they asked for overflight rights and whether this was granted or denied and on what premise – as would be standard practice. No, that would have been good journalism and delayed the click-baiting headline by a couple of hours.

Then the “journalist” quotes his own tweet saying the flights carry weapons – without any hint why he knows this and where from. The reverse statement would just be as valid as his, for all we – and he – know or don’t know.

The rest is just copy-paste of a speech in Parliament, again not giving any hint whether the flights have anything to do with any of it.

This is what’s wrong with social media and r/europe. In times were good journalism (which exists!) should be strictly adhered to, guys like this “journalist” and the keyboard-warriors in this forum rather beat the drums of war. You are all on the same level as any antivaxxer with their telegram groups.

  11. Seems UK learned from appeasement failure in previous century, unlike Germany which has first hand experience about why appeasement does not work when dealing with dictators.

  12. Dude, fucking respect. Wish EU will fucking stop being so inactive and show some fucking teeth.

  13. Well, thanks for jumping to conclusions: the german MoD just declared that the british planes were not denied to fly over german territory but that the UK simply didn’t ask for permission!

  14. hey remember when everyone on here said the UK didn’t obey treaties it signed

yeah, eat those words as you watch our planes fly-over countries refusing to help an ally
