Looks like a student apartment register of some kind.
She was born in 1920/ that was 194? and she lived Ganghoferstr. 56 in München.
It may be student hotel (Studentenheim) check in/check out card. I’m only guessing.
Looks like the person was a student in Munich between 1940 and 1946 and she got a room while studying.
I think Einwohnermeldekarte. Somewhat similar to a US census record.
If you read about immigration to Germany, you’ll quickly come across something called “Anmeldung”, registering your address with the local authorities.
You give your name, birthdate, location of birth and address. Nowadays the clerk creates an entry in a database. But up to the 1990s, cities used cardboard files like this. Each household had a seperate entry.
