Idk if anyone noticed, but it took approximately 15 seconds for his adrenalin to kick in and numb what I’d assume is most of the pain.
He went from panic and pain to focused and calm because his brother in arms grabbing his foot and taking care.
You can hear in his voice that he was so glad that his buddy was there

Bright red, arterial for sure, Without the tourniquet he would’ve been gone in minutes
