  1. this is prob the most interesting poll i’ve seen on the Gaza conflict, and it’s scotland-only, so I thought I’d share. the results are really eye opening tbh. whatever ‘side’ you’re on there is only one morally right answer to this question. (unless u havent Been paying attention).

    Is *a* war against Hamas justified by the massacres of Israelis? I would say yes, even in the context of the history of the conflict and Israels historical crimes etc.

    Is *this war* with *these tactics* justified? Then its a no – clearly the intention is the permanent displacement of most or all of the palestinians from Gaza.

    You can believe the war itself is justified, but also believe the Israeli disregard for civilian casualties is outrageous.

Because there are much easier ways to destroy a terrorist organization inside a tunnel system the size of the London tube system… you guys just enjoy the virtue signaling, Israel is destroying Hamas and will continue even with zero understanding from people thousands of miles away with no terrorist organizations to deal with
