We need to shut down farming altogether. Go back to eating food that grows naturally in the wild. Bugs, worms, hickory nuts, wild greens, etc. Moreover, the obesity epidemic would correct itself within weeks. Cows and cars belong in museums.
Biofuels made from anything other than waste are not particularly effective. You could just put PV panels on the same acreage and do better.
