  1. Marvel Studios‘ Deadpool & Wolverine trailer, 24 hours after airing during the Super Bowl, scored a viewership of 365M online, which makes it the most viewed of all-time.

This beats the 24-hour viewership for Sony/Marvel Studios’ Spider-Man: No Way Home which was 255M.

Shawn Levy directs Deadpool & Wolverine, which see Ryan Reynolds reprising his role as the Merc With a Mouth and Hugh Jackman coming back as Wolverine. In addition, pic stars Emma Corrin, Morena Baccarin, Rob Delaney, Leslie Uggams, Karan Soni, and Matthew Macfadyen.

Kevin Feige, Ryan Reynolds, Shawn Levy and Lauren Shuler Donner produce, with Louis D’Esposito, Wendy Jacobson, Mary McLaglen, Josh McLaglen, Rhett Reese, Paul Wernick, George Dewey, Simon Kinberg and Jonathon Komack Martin serving as executive producers. Deadpool & Wolverine is written by Reynolds & Rhett Reese & Paul Wernick & Zeb Wells & Levy.

The movie is expected to bring the box office back to life after suffering two strikes on July 26. Pic will play in IMAX, RealD 3D, Dolby Cinema, 4DX, Cinemark XD and premium screens everywhere.

  2. Of course it was the most viewed online is the only way to watch it. They didn’t air it during the Super Bowl like it used to be.

  3. Is it July 26th yet? There isn’t even a movie theater where I live and I’ll have to take a ferry but I have zero problem with Maximum Effort in this case.

  4. But I’ve been assured by redditors that the MCU/superhero films in general are Dead! /s

  5. Still hilarious they had to be *forced* to actually make the first one.

  6. It says of all time in the title, but seems to be implying “most viewed within 24 hours” in the body. That’s… either a screw up, or some pretty gross intentionally wrong clickbait.

  7. I’m calling it now, Hugh Jackman is barely in this movie
