pls help. me and my husband moved out our apartment over 3 months ago, and our landlord is to say nicely, very rude and unprofessional. she states shit that isn’t tru, accusing us of breaking stuff we didn’t and so on. she finally send us the end email with receipts for our deposit back, which, we didn’t get any back, a small amount of 100 euro… she then says this:
is this the law?!! can landlords really haunt us for how long they want bc they couldn’t find someone to fix a cupboard or anything alike in the span of 3 months, and now come collect money when SHE WANTS?! i’m in shock pls help.

useless to ask on forums, find a lawyer who works on this stuff otherwise you risk more waste of times and problems
3 months seems a long time to claim. Typically one would inspect and make contact immediately.
